I think most of them are not concerned about his safety but they are trying to insult him indirectly. In every single video of his you can see how they get pumped up and insulted when he says it's fake weight and you can see how he shatters their ego after lifting it. When they are not butthurt they stay at same distance, but when they are butthurt they instantly close distance on him and try to intimidate him with their big apperance. (But as we all know most of them would run if shit got real)

Not only is Anatoly able to lift these super heavy weights, but his ability to it while making it look like he’s putting in no effort, and be able to talk while doing it is crazy! These videos are my morning motivation before going to the gym

I love the expressions on the three women when Anatoly lifts his shirt and says, I have no abs. Then one of the girls says "You have abs", and the Anatoly is surprised and says, I have ABS? Really? You are the best trainer in the world. That one girl on the right side looks at his chiseled 8-pack and you don't have to be a genius to read her mind. Makes me want to go hit the gym, but I am almost 70 and I think maybe better just to enjoy the videos.
