I can say that your recommendation at 7:15 about position of feet is not fully correct. Ideally, yes, it is correct, but better observe position of your knees. Sometimes some people has different direction of feet and knees and in this case position of knees is more important. Because for such people ignoring positioning of knees leads to injuries with knees. I got this info from one famous sport doctor from Russia (Demchenko, he has his KZbin channel), he has his own clinic, he has huuuuuuuge experience with runners (including top professionals), he worked as doctor in one of the top Russian football team, so I can trust him.
