She looks great for her age in spite of the stress of prison life and trying to rebuild her present life. She is a strong women I hope the best for her. I haven't seen the other movies that are out I've only watched the BMF tv series. I'm sure there is a project out there on the subject matter for her to. I wish her the best going forward.

It is vital to Eat healthier than you did when you were in your teenage years. Lotion, moisturizer and vitamins are the key. Nuts, prunes, 🍓🍑 fruits and vegetables. Drinking 🚰 lots of water.. Castor oil, coco Butter (Palmer's) and Prenatal pills. Stretching.. no Meat,no soda's ,no drugs,no cigarettes... Of course walking, trying to avoid sun burning 🥵 on the skin.. Keeping your weight between 125_130 if you are 5"5 . Stretching...self manual massage trigger 👉 points... We will age and the elasticity in the skin will wear down. I find the longer you have a period.. your body looks like that of 25-35 yrs. Sometimes DNA plays a part. Steam room's are a blessing ..sweating out that crap.. Ahhh..!

That raw pain she exhibited in the last 15 minutes of the interview was authentic - Just more evidence that being solid one of the hardest things to do on the earth - She is a solid person. I wish her happiness and peace for the rest of her life.

This interview hit on so much that was needed. From compassionate release programs, prison reform education programs, second chance programs, and the power of the outside village. Even the part about the Prison OG or Elder who’s willing to look out for you and encourage you, that part that system within the system. Vlad this was gold.

In my opinion this is the best interview from vladtv not because of vladtv, because of Toni, she spoke her truth which is the truth, she spoke about redeeming herself from the pain she caused the community and she is doing so she talked about her family and the pain she caused them so she went to prison and she vowed to not return and do the right thing for her family and community, she is not bitter, she lived her life the way she wanted and knew the consequences she took her licks and keep on ticking not many people in her position male or female could stand up to do many becomes (Rats) Much Love To You Toni you are a True Woman, Mother, Friend, Detroiter, Soldier, Mad Respect!

ThIs is the first Vlad interview I've watched from beginning to end. She's the first person to tell the story from Southwest T's side wiithout the third person accounts we hear from the Big Meech hangers on.

I think that she is a well grounded woman that is real. It's hard to find that when someone has been through so much. She can be anything and will be everything. She is wise beyond her years. Everything was well said. Good luck to you and your life.

Very interesting interview. I like how she accepted responsibility. When she admitted to taking at least 5 people to prison with her and recognizing they were following her lead that resonated b/c she recognize it was because she introduced them to the game. There is no way she could be blamed for bringing anybody down b/c that was set in motion before her …

The "outcomes" of "the game" are laid bear before you prior to intro. With brevity, Tonesa Welch took no one to prison with her. The five people's choices took them to prison ... 💯(.+♾) ... Periodt!

Its not heroes as much as...these white folks were out doing the same thing...and with the exception of guys like White Boy Rick and White Boy....they got NO TIME. Meech had two goals it seems. Getting his family out of a messed up situation and blessing those who were willing to take their chances. He tried to put everyone on to make money. No it's not right. But, not much about this life is right.

I am disturbed by the fact that Vlad is always asking his Black guest about their fathers and their relationships with them. Do you have daddy issues? Are you pointing trying to make a point to your white audience about Black families? Its bothersome how Vlad tries to tell another persons storyline when it's not your story to tell. Ask open-ended questions and allow the guest to freely share their experiences. I appreciate the interviews, but deep down, I feel you make a mockery our people and our culture which you greatly monetize from.
