that's true because years ago I was watching a documentary called crips and bloods made in America and this one dude I don't remember what gang he was from but he said the police officers were taken say for instance the cops will take a gang members car and do a drive-by on another hood who they previously had beef with to keep them feuding with one another and he was explaining that his homie was locked up and his car was in the Police impound but someone was doing drive bys in it on there fomer enemies and he went on to explain that if his homeboy is in jail and the police have his car then who's doing the drive by I don't know about you but a duck is a duck in my eyes and that played a big part in breaking up the gang truce on the West cost
