That Ferrari 560 Mercedes belonged to Carl Smitty from Houston. He was a big time Pusha that has a kid by Peppa from Salt and Pepper. She rode with him down Martin Luther King Blvd in it!!

facts. the more sturdy the vehicle, the worse it is. The cars with the best safety rating ABSORB impact the best.

The w140 princess diana was in had been badly crashed and repaired before. Also if they would have worn seat belts they would have probably survived. Bulletproofing does make the car safer too.

There is an excellent vid with the head of MB Safety from that period. He talks about how tough that day was and that they crashed three identical 140s to verify the impact speed of Diana’s car. Afterwards, they were pretty certain she would have survived if belted. It’s on yt too.

The W140 S600 that he showed last and said worth 250k was sold in uk for around 45k couple of years back. It aint worth what he said. I would say 50k. Over inflated estimates. A R129 SL73 AMG which is super rare is worth 250k.

I came across a bulletproof candy painted caprice classic back in the day when I was hitting licks. We were throwing spark plugs and then bricks and rocks at the windows trying to get in before we realized it was bulletproof. The windows wouldn't break after 10 mins of trying 😂. Finally I had the idea to try one of the small triangle windows on the back and found out they hadn't bulletproofed the small ones. Ended up yanking out the stereo, all the screens out the roof, and speakers and amps out the trunk and left it on blocks just for the frustration the windows had caused 😂
