THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ: So.. I met Filmore Slim randomly at an apartment I used stay at in 2015 in Hemet Ca. I was walking to my car and he said to me "Ay young brotha come look at what they did to my car, mfs hating on me" he had a small scratch on on the trunk of his 2012-2013 Cadillac CTS. I told him "yeah you gotta watch where u park these ppl crazy in Hemet" then he completely switch the conversation & said "Ay you know me" then looked at me for like 10 seconds. I was like "huh?" He said "I'm Filmore Slim, Snoop Dogg making a movie about me" I was "hmm oh ok" lol I was thinking he might be a crazy tbh Then he asked me to help him take groceries out the trunk & bring them to his son apartment. I did it just cause I don't mind helping out the elderly. I grabbed most the bags except 2. He was like "man my back messed up can you grab the other 2 bags for me to" I was like WOWW, but I did it. We walked way to the other side of the apartment building to his son's house (FAR AS SHIT) . I was about to put them next to the front door when we got there but he was like "wait hold up young blood" he unlocks the door then tells me to put them on the kitchen counter, once again I'm thinking WOW REALLY? lol. So I do it, Then he handed me a a CD with his face on it & signed it for me. I'm thinking in my head "lmao nigga what are you doinnnng???" So I leave and looked him up on google later that night & realized this nigga just pimped me into carrying his bags all the way to his house. I was laughing at myself like woooowww! Lmao Still to this day I wonder if he already knew about that scratch and was just using it to get me to carry his shit Lmao I'm pretty sure that was the plan lol

From what I gather, the ability to "pimp" a woman doesnt lie in the ability of the pimp to be special, gifted or be some sort of a magician with mystical powers over women, but in the dysfunctional delousional fantasies and low self esteem of rejected women. What the bible refers to as a "silly" woman. So to be a pimp you just can't have a conscience and a work ethic . You have to see a woman as some "thing" and not some"body".

I forget where, but an interviewer asked Vlad about that- why he tied into those darker topics. He said that often he's interviewing celebrities, in this case a pimp -- people often glorified and romanticised. Looking thru these comments it's clear people see this man as legend to be admired and celebrated. Vlad ties the dark aspects in (he says) to paint the full picture.... As in "yes these great things happened, but bear in mind these things were happening/happened as well."

A lot of people are mad at Vlad for his interviews, but he is from Oakland. He grew up around this stuff. White people out here aren't typical white people. So this type of stuff is what we see here in the Bay. Everyone gets along out here. Dude was a DJ, so he has been around a lot of black folks. Personally I think he does a good job. He has done his research. If the people that he interviewed didn't like what he was doing, they wouldn't come on his show. If you don't like it there are a million other channels to watch. 🤷♀️

A K facts 😂
@mim-zeemims4 жыл бұрын
In Iceberg Slim's book, the pimp he referred to as Sweet Jones real name was Albert "Baby" Bell. He was a notorious Chicago Pimp and enforcer for the Jones Brothers, who was a ruthless crew of Black Chicago gangsters. Iceberg stated, in his book, that 'Baby Bell' (Sweet Jones) had a stable of White prostitutes, but he didn't mention that Baby Bell switched his stable to 'only' Asian prostitutes as he grew older. In Iceberg Slim's book, Baby Bell killed a random younger pimp for insulting him and never went to jail for it; in reality, Baby Bell killed his best friend for disrespecting him and never went to jail for it. In the book, Sweet Jones committed suicide; in reality Baby Bell also committed suicide. Iceberg 'Robert Beck' was born in 1918 and Sweet Jones 'Albert 'Baby' Bell' was born in 1899.

I won't state my age, but I will say that when I was a little boy a pack of cigarettes cost 26 cents and a coca cola cost 5 cents. I started hanging out with much older pimps when I was only 15 years old. Somewhere among my collectibles, I even have a photograph of Sweets (Albert Baby Bell) when he was a young pimp. As soon as I find it I will post it on Instagram. When I was in my teens, I even used to hangout with King David and his best friend Jessie Cup, who were two extremely well-known cross-country gentlemen pimps from Detroit. David got into a little trouble once and about 40 women, who were law-abiding citizens, came to court, in his behalf, as 'Character Witnesses'. Smh! I tried hard as hell to get David and Jessie to write their life stories in books, but neither one was interested. Because Monkey Dee's autobiography was banned in the USA, on several occasions I have tried, unsuccessfully, to obtain a copy from different central public libraries, in different states. Some people believe that the original Monkey Dee, who migrated from a southern state to NYC in the Roarin' 20s, was the greatest pimp that ever lived. He and Baby Bell were born around the same time. When Sweets (Baby Bell) told Iceberg Slim that there were only a few real pimps in the United States, I have no doubts that Monkey Dee was one of them. From reliable sources, I've been told that he would travel with 15 to 20 suitcases loaded with his clothes to different states to check on his brothels; and had a home in each state. Allegedly, Monkey Dee owned brothels in several states and the majority of the prostitutes working in each one of his brothels were his women. His autobiography was so informative, regarding pimping, until the Federal government banned it, forever, it seems.

The World's oldest profession is sex work. Women were working in saloons and hotels for .25 cents a day. The saloon owner and barkeep were their pimps. Before that in Roman times it was a bath house where men would be given favors or join in orgies. Someone was pimping these women. Pimpin ain't just selling the pussy. Pimpin is selling anything he got to take or make yo dolla his.
