Timothy Brennan & Robert Ladd of the Compton Police Department sat down with VladTV in 2017 to discuss their experience policing the area before and after the death of 2Pac. The two former cops talked about arresting Eazy-E and the impact of "F*** tha Police." They talked about investigating the 2Pac murder case and the events that led up to the rapper's passing, including the history of the Crips and Bloods, the Lakewood Mall incident, and the altercation between Orlando Anderson and 2Pac in Las Vegas. Later in the interview, they detailed the war that broke out in Compton after 2Pac's passing, Orlando Anderson's death, and Keefe D's confession. To hear more, check out the full interview above.

Same. It’s weird knowing/believing that most ppl in society will never understand what it’s like to experience turbulence, with life and death on the line, at times daily, for YEARS and then come through the other side of that. Gives you hard eyes, but gives you a little more wisdom and a little more gratitude for life. My experience came from being a criminal and a drug addict and drug manufacturer. Yours came from working trauma as a medic. The intensity is there all the same, whether it occurs in one form or another.

And look at New York now, a crime riddled dump that people who have the ability are fleeing in droves. Wall Street is moving to Miami, a tough on criminal city that is prospering. Rule of law enforcement keeps everyone safe and despite our bias, most cops are good people trying to do their job within the rules. What we should be focused on is not the exceptionally rare case of an officer going to far is the all to typical rude and violent reaction a large segment of the Black and, to a much lesser extent other races, exhibit when they are stopped for breaking the law.

I think this is one of the only interviews ive seen that it appears to me that Vlad started to get a little bit nervous by their body language on not wanting to speak on certain things as he gets in depth, I think it's because he promised respect agreement on when they didn't wanna speak on something if they didn't like the direction. And as Vlad is,he really wanted to push it but didn't so it left him with what seemed like a rushed interview towards the middle and the end of it. Still a great interview back then!

Adrenaline is not an excuse for unprofessionalism. I don’t understand how a homeowner is held to a higher standard when it comes to protecting his home. They actually can go to prison for shooting a home invader in the back, But the police with all their training shoot people in the back and get to go home for dinner and probably get a commendation. If anybody should have an adrenaline excuse it should be the person protecting his home without all the so called training police are said to receive.

It’s customary to plead not guilty at arraignment. You should always do that and try to work a deal out even if it’s traffic.

Because Blondie was going to bend his knee to give Crenshaw Mafia some 'stay in school and you'll make it' bullshit speech before playing some hoops with them. I love how some claim to thrive in the battlefield until superior force rolls up upping the stakes, and suddenly it's unfair lol yeah, breaking your collar bone is wrong of him but then again, so is slanging rock to your neighbors at 3am, so in his mind it all evens out.

The relationship between the gangs and cops is fascinating! So many off the record snitches! And on the record snitches that want favours from the DA to get reduced sentences on their existing cases! Once they get caught it’s all self preservation for most!

Orlando testified and said Suge was the ONLY ONE who tried to stop the fight and the footage show the same thing!!! They kept saying it was Suge but the news drew a circle ⭕️ around Buntry Al who had on a different suit! When it was announced on the radio that same night the MGM security guard went back to the MGM to file a report. They heard about the shooting and assumed that Suge was one of the ones who beat up Orlando but even they said that it wasn’t actually Suge and that they could hear someone (Suge) yelling, “Stop this Shit, Stop this Shit!”
