The Game is a different animal from the rest of them G Unit cats Motheafuckeas can hate on Game all they want but at least Game strived for more than to just be another G Unit nigga Banks, Buck & Yayo were all satisfied with being rich, famous, gettin women etc but The Game wanted to be on the same stature as 50 Cent was to G Unit, as Jay Z was to the Rock, how Birdman was to Cash Money etc Ultimately the split between 50 & Game was because egotistically they're two alpha men & alpha energy represent leadership G Unit was the organization and 50 Cent was the boss however Banks, Yayo & Buck were the perfect fit in G Unit because they were employees but Game didn't workout due to him being another boss
