Exactly. When vlad said what do you do with the money, he hesitated and then came up with some bland, vague ramblings. That told you from the gate that at best, he didnt know what the eff he was doing. "We start doing smart deals..." Thats as dumb as saying "we start doing good stuff with the money." His body language shifted then too; he got into a more nervous mode because he was lieing/storytelling.

REIT"S they already have a track record,, many are traded on stock exchange, vs this over the counter stock, so it is way more liquid if need be. So the best REIT's I have invested were medical REIT, the medical buildings, with the leases, and also in parking lot revenue.

This is not a simple audit. It is a grand jury subpoena, which means that the prosecutors are suspicious enough that they went to a grand jury to FORCE Jay to appear. C.N.G Towing Not really, that has to be said for any sort of risk driven investment. It’s a simple rule of thumb that you should never invest what you cannot lose. Vlad invests in stocks & the SEC tells investors that clearly in their guidelines for investors.
