Music doesn't pay like that anymore. These artists make more for shows and right now because of COVID artists can't check a bag like that. So most are doing sponsorship deals for the ones not locked into 360s and doing features or selling work! LOL If I were Buck's PR guy or manager, I'd be trying to monetize his over 700K IG followers. I'd set him up with a podcast and monetize that platform. Then he can get advertisers to pay him for ad space and Tennessee has tons of rappers for him to interview and the South. Look at how TI's podcast has grown. Then from there, I'd set him up to do real estate deals and venture into the tech space. Rappers are the best grassroots level marketers period. But I'd really focused on monetizing his organic fanbase.

A story can be whatever the story teller wants it to be. I remember 50 paying yung butt taxes twice. Plus yung butt left g -unit and supposedly know the money wasn't rite and came back to 50 again so who really to blame.

Maybe it was because he owed him that money 🤔

Money or not, he looks way healthier than 50 right now. I know that’s not the point, it just kinda goes to show that money is not everything.

I aint blinded by his "honesty". Buck was runnin' his mouth too much sounding like a disgruntled employee. 😄. Never bite the hand that feeds you. The worst thing you can do to a Cancer is be ungrateful.

I dont know this man. But he seems to heartfelt to be in the music industry...... A dope artist. Young Buck is wicked with the wordplay and southern gangsterism. His career had to have been black balled. Honestly he seems mad humble and real dude. I will support his new music or whatever. I always liked Young Buck but he never got his side of the story out. SALUTE that man, in my opinion. He repped and still chin up.Music industry is sad place for black men.

Enjoyed these interviews. But I remember Buck admitting 50 paid off Bucks debts twice and Buck also said F*ck G-Unit on stage. Then 50 got rid of Buck. Surprised none of this is mentioned.

The issue is, that wasn't in the contract. He doesn't own his own music. 50 gave him a large sum payment upfront and paid all production/marketing costs. Buck accepted. He still made millions when you add everything up. Perhaps not 10 million.
