K. dot Canes1400 I am 3 years late to your comment. However... I caught that too. As a man I am not one to be emotional over any Celebrity but the two who have almost caught me slipping is Derrick Rose (NBA players) with the direction his career took with all those injuries although he got back on his feet and then seeing Mya in this interview. I do not know what it is about women crying but their are some women that when I see them come close to crying or either flat out cry it gets me a little emotional. #GoodDay

Mrs. Mckay Negroe you can't sell your literal soul. It's a phrase meaning that you're basically selling your entire life for a buck. People who aren't right within tend to do that, which is why once they begin to experience spirituality, they begin to realize and demand their own perceived worth and respect themselves. Rather than go by what a corporate (often times white) big wig sells them for. As far as demonic, that's a term for an evil entity and lots of these execs are purely evil, almost like real human personifications of the biblical Satan.

I'm a dude who women have tried this with, and watched men try it with women, and people try it with others. Jealousy and an inferiority complex is a horrible mix.

I have learned a lot about Mya..watching this video. She is from the DMV.. like me. I'm not in the Industry..but I'm familiar with some of the crazy shit that goes on behind closed doors. I'm happy Mya went independent..I Think that was a smart decision. because some artists wind up selling their soul for Fame & Fortune .She's a very Spiritually & Physically Beautiful Woman ..to much success to you .

I love her spirit, she’s the definition of a beautiful soul! Keeping your morals and integrity in this short existence is more important than anything you can gain on this plain. Blessings and love for Mya! That’s a real queen

The interviewer and VLAD had a big blow up a few months ago, he fired her over what seemed to be a misinterpretation, he shared the text on his twitter and they got in to a public twitter war. It ended after a couple days but he said he would never work with her again. I like her style too, and she has lots of industry connections which was nice because she brought those interviews to this channel.

I have never heard Mya interviewed and really have not listened to her music. I say this to say that I really appreciate her honesty and integrity. I also appreciate the fact that she is empowered by connecting with and understanding people and wanting to see where she may be able to help someone. I can identify with that approach to life and the value of protecting your inner self and spirituality versus selling yourself out for the material. Props up Mya!
@enlightenedchild83738 жыл бұрын
My respect for Mya just grew...... a lot! It's not that I ever disrespected her; it's just that I didn't know that much about her. But after hearing her in this interview, I really respect this woman. She seems spiritually grounded, and unwilling to compromise her moral values...even for material gain. She won me over, at least in the "respect" category. I'm going to have to check out some of her music. I don't understand how she's not married, if she's as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I guess she's looking for that one quality individual and refuses to compromise her standards (especially in that sleazy business). I wish her all the best. Don't lower yourself, Mya. Keep your head up!

I liked how she mentioned that she don't descrimate with performing at gay clubs, strip clubs and etc and I liked how she don't descrimnate against people who are strippers, lgbt, woman who been rapped, and etc. I am so proud of her.
