Tech N9ne opened up to VladTV about signing to Quincy Jones and labels not knowing what to do with him because of his unique style, which eventually led to him going independent with Strange Music.

I’ve known about Tech since I was in 7th grade and I’m 25 now. He’s one of the few that can still kill the mic and people know who he is. How many dudes you know that can still spit like him with a career this long. I’m not a huge fan but I respect the hustle and his work ethic so much.
