The key witness in the Snoop Dogg murder trial said they saw Snoop Dogg AND Dr. Dre at the scene of the murder. Death Row wanted Dre to testify and prove that he wasn't even there, which would destroy the prosecutor's whole case against Snoop. Dre didn't want to show up, that's why there was tension between Snoop and Dre, which bled over to Pac sticking up for Snoop and beefing with Dre as well.

Y'all don't see that Suge was not just hiring Mob Piru for security. He was also making their gang his gang and totally trying to live the Mob persona on their reputation. That's why James is bitter. It wasn't just a job and a paycheck and an employer. Suge adopted the Mob image and ran with them as a gangster, at least to the world outside. He did owe them more, since he was not just keeping it as a business deal. He wanted to live as a gangster, and have them be the muscle and brand to do it under.

Law 26: Keep your hands clean Suge used the mob to create a reputation that centered around fear to get his way during business arrangements. He created enemies along the way and remained untouched avoiding direct combat and letting the mob guys be the scapegoats. That gave suge an massive ego boost and he really started to believe he was a true gangster which he wasn’t at all. Soon as he did the cover for the source magazine dressed in all red and began to mistreat his soldiers led to his downfall.
@weworldwide1348
@weworldwide1348 5 жыл бұрын
maybe or maybe not, but what definitely led to his downfall was participating in that stupid MGM beatdown. Had he and Pac just walked the other way while the MOB handled business, things could've been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different. Instead, that shit led to Pac's death and him getting 9 years.

Pac was also dissing Dre because of his poor work ethic too. He didnt like that Dre was never showing up to the studio but was still taking credit for beats made by others (ie. Daz Dillinger) that Pac was using on his album. One of the reasons Pac was excited about going to Death row in the beginning was because of the chance to work with Dre but that only happened on the California Love track which was originally supposed to be for Dre's next album. Allegedly, Suge forced Dre to give that song to Pac lol.

@@MrSmith-fl2jn I never said Dre's work ethic was poor. I was referring to what Pac was saying about Dre not being around in the studio when Pac had joined. There are recordings where Pac says verbatim, "He wasn't producing shit!" You should know what I'm speaking on if you witnessed that era like I did. Snoop also said Dre wasn't inspired to work when things got hectic at Deathrow as well. Everyone knows Dre's genius but the fact remains he wasn't exhibiting that around 95-96 while he was still at Deathrow.

Funny how he hates on suge.....although his current clout is all about his ties and relationship with suge smh. Suge locked up and irrelevant and James still snatching crumbs off suges coat tails

😩 If Suge had run Death Row like a “corporate business” instead of a “street business” and stayed behind the scenes like he used to... He would’ve been touted as a “shrewd businessman” and he would still be a respected music mogul and most likely Hip Hop musics FIRST billionaire... 10-20 years ago. 😒 Imagine if he made his “team” read “The 48 Laws Of Power” and “How To Win Friends And Influence People” versus having people jumped, drinking piss etc. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Ego, clout and bragging rights are a hell of a drug. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The head of the record company is always gonna make more money than the people below him. James wasn’t dealin wit Harry O or paperwork that needed to be done. Nigguhz was jealous of Suge and were snarlin at him, James sounds bitter

Mob James and crew were not educated in economics. If they were, they would have known that their service is called an "Inferior Good". When a person makes more money, the demand for "inferior goods" drops and better more legit/quality services are desired. This is why Suge started to employ actual police officers, i.e Reggie White jr and company. It's much easier to acquire inferior goods/services than it is to get quality. If Mob James and his crew would have went legit and started a real security company, got all of their certificates/licenses and been able to carry that fire on them, he would have had no choice but to pay them more because their services would have increased in quality. They also would have been able to acquire other customers and not be stuck with just Suge. When he let them go, they had to go back to the streets and ended up killing each other. Get knowledge folks so that you don't end up a pawn.
