Hi Julio! How do you wake up the 180 before you fire the camera? Do you set the back to “zero latency”?

Yes zero latency, people is afraid of battery life, a healthy fully charged battery lasts about 2 hours, it takes about the same to charge, so having 2 full batteries before starting the shoot on a studio will keep you shooting all day long while swapping and recharging batteries after one is done.

it's fine man, 14 days is very impressive! but you know your limits and when to stop, allways be carefull with your health. Now eat like a champ dude! (well not alot but you know what I mean)

You have to keep a healthy diet indefinitely after fasting, else the kilos will just rebound.

Of course about the healthy diet, but even last time I did it, I eat what I wanted and the 10 kg I lost last year took almost 7 months to come back. Eating pizza at will and sweets every morning.

It’s pretty hard to fast but when you are heavy, your body feels so much more different with 10 kg less.

I wish you get well quickly! Eat protein and vitamins too push you up. Because your body need now vitamins to build some important enzymes. After that make small home fitness steps to burn fat to muscles and also to lose weight to reach your goals

I still need to burn I still need to burn more weight since I am still over my ideal weight, once I get there I think I might just do some strength building.

Harrypm I know that a jpeg out of the raw without resizing is 60-70 mb

Yeah, I’m much better, it’s normal to loose energy like that without eating for 2 weeks. My issue was my bad nutrition before started. But I learnt my lesson. So I had been eating pretty good lately. And I’m feeling better to keep on with the vids. Thank you for cheering me up!
