Congratulations on your new home. Just a few questions if you dont mind. I want to build with homegroup. 1. Did you guys upgrade ur tiles from 450by450 to 600by600.? 2. I was not planning on having a bulkhead. Is it worth it to have a bulkhead in the kitchen? 3. What do you guys think about the burner stove? Is it worth upgrading to the glass stove? 4. Carpets? Is it worth it to upgrade the carpet? 5. How do i tell them to reserve a place for me in the linen cupboard so that i can leave a vacuum machine and all the rest of them there. If i remember other things that i missed, i will ask. Thank you guys for stress it takes you guys to do the video. I appreciate it

Hi, that’s all included in the home loan. The bank releases funds direct to the builder at set stages.

Exciting!! It was about 1 week. We had settlement the day before our pre start so I’m not sure if that changes the timeline or not
