Nothing crazy about taking the baby on a road trip. We took our 4 year old across the Sahara on a 3 week trip down through Spain and morroco. She loved every moment and done Iceland wild camping since

Great to see you back Hayley, congratulations on motherhood he’s lovely little boy and congratulations becoming a wife too. Really pleased for you. My niece has left London she getting married next year she’s moved to Shropshire. Think she has another science teaching job lined up though. My mam had me by c section same reasons as you, 38 next month and I’m still breathing lol. Body buggered like but as I say I’m still breathing lol. Must not have airbags in the van as the forward facing car seat wouldnt be legal in the US with airbagged vehicles.

You just switch the airbag switch off.

Forward facing isn't recommended until after 4 years under the new regulations. However, in the van there's no other option as the seat belt is not long enough to secure it rear facing. The air bags must be switched off but luckily there's a switch to turn off the passenger air bags 😊. Hope you're keeping well!

Hiya Hayley. It's great to see you back on KZbin and on the lorries. I've been going out and about just lately, visiting motor museums and doing my usual in this one year since my mum sadly passed away only three days before what would have been her 90th birthday. I've been preparing my home for refurbishment, it's 18 months older than I am apparently.

Hi Hayley, good to hear from you again, I have to agree on the childbirth experience being horrible, I didn't have to have a cesarean with either of mine but I was an older Mum, both are now teenagers, 1 in year 9 the other in college. Enjoy the time when they are little as it flies by in no time. Regarding the maintenance side of haulage would you say it's better for them to have inspections within the company or externally? I also passed my class 1 last November though still in a tipper, changing company in the next 2 weeks as well, one that is more family orientated than I am currently with and on the doorstep compared to where I am now. Have a good week ahead and I will look out for your next video 😊

I think it's probably cheaper to do it within the company, however, you know when they're done externally there is no bias. Hope the new jobs goes well, best wishes for that 😊

😂😂 I used to drive a Volvo…I was off one day and another driver had my truck for the day…anyway he stopped for a break, put the keys in his pocket and got on the bed for a sleep, with the keys in his pocket. He found out about that alarm when he moved and rolled onto his pocket 😂😂😂

Great to see you back vlogging Hayley 🎉😊. Blooming heck, sorry to hear giving birth was so traumatic, never heard of through the sun roof before lol. Congratulations on getting married 👏. Love the "What's that Button ", I've only ever seen a panic alarm on vehicles in North America. Dangerous job bin collecting, huge respect for those guys.
