Moving to a single space will be costly initially but trust me it'll be very beneficial. A lot of time gets wasted between two workshops and communication issues happen and tons of small inconveniences keep occurring that add on over time. Keeping one shop makes things very efficient. Long term gains.

i ve a suggestion, what if you continue doing wrapping and ppf related work in this workshop only and move body paint, denting, paint booth and all body shop related work to a new location, this way you will be able to receive cars here only and the problem of congestion may get resolve.

Firstly, Dont go for bigger space. Most of your land will be used for parking only. Its waste of money. Save it and use it on MULTILEVEL PARKING. Keep cars on that parking and u can bring whichever car you are working on. Secondly, use lofted shade where you can work on 2/3 floors. Small space will need less maintenance. Serously give it a thought.
