Thank you Tara, another brilliant vlog. When my current university release their new promotions criteria and process later this year, I am still in two minds on whether or not to put myself through trying to go for it again (whilst still awaiting the results of the external posts I have applied for and finding out if I end up being shortlisted for any). I don't think I could take being rejected for a third time, but at the same time I genuinely think I have a strong case (and a story to tell!).
