There was no mention if bookable Amenities like Function hall hire and day cares are free for unit owners. 2) There was no mention of prices for Parksuites 1 and 2 pls

Hi! For as long as you are a unit owner or tenant in a specific condo, you are free to use the amenities. It applies to all condos of Megaworld and other developers too

@@hannaliza2221 Hi! The function rooms at Uptown Parksuites are for lease. You may coordinate it directly to the property admin of the tower that you are in.

Hi Ms. Victoria! Yes! Unit owner in Uptown Parksuites Tower 1 may use the amenities of Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 and vice versa. Although, right now the amenities of Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 is not fully done yet 😊
