Vlog #42 Dealing with loss

Its been quite a week, Monday was just like any other day I was woking on projects but, just like that on Tuesday we got hit with bad news and my planned week spiralled out of control.
everything can change in a second and this is how I tried to deal with things.

I got up to the passing of your aunt (I know this is years after the fact). My condolences for your loss. It is honestly wonderful that you share your heart, struggle, etc. Not saying sadness is good, but that you were transparent (or as much as you're willing to share). I'm sorry for your loss. I'm watching this December 23, 2021, so just about a year later and yet the world sounds the same. We aren't in "lockdown" as we once knew, but things don't look great this year either. PS I live in Winnipeg. :) ( Just me and my husband, our 2 adult children have moved away. Sending love and light to you and to your family. So lovely that you vlogged and shared your real life with us. Keeping busy is very normal and by sharing it others can see that too. Grief sucks and we all handle it the best we can! I garden like crazy when I'm grieving or just stressed. Might look odd from outside eyes, planting flowers etc, but it"s my therapy. Busy lets the brain not go on melt down and process all the emotions safely.

So very sorry for your loss, my sincere condolences.... thank you for your complete honesty. I believe most people would understand the need to keep busy, and continue doing what is mostly natural to you now...including vlogging. It's become your daily "thing". Having said that , also if you took a break from it at times that's understandable as well, life throws crazy Frisbees that cannot all be caught. Grief is best worked out through keeping active I have found. I think how you are coping is very very normal. You are such a sweet heart. My sincere condolences to you. So glad you were invited and felt you wanted to go for your aunts funeral. Somehow funerals are just 'closure'.

Enjoyed the video. Sorry for your loss. Glad you went to funeral. But if you didn't go we have to believe in Faith that she knew your heart and she saw your sorrow. I totally enjoyed the song and I sang along. So soothing. This virus has been very hard on us Native Americans because we have traditional ways to lay our people to rest. My sincere condolences. As a 72 yr old RN with stage 4 breast cancer it reminds me how fleeting life is. Say a few prayers for me. I went to nursing school with a male Hutterite Stephen Springer from the Bruderhof of Ulster County NY -Woodcrest. I have a few questions for your vlog Are you allowed to knit? Or wear dark hand knits? Colors for children? Can you crochet or knit? Do you teach each other? Is youtube allowed to teach sewing, knitting or crocheting? I love knitting even plain stuff like hats scarves and mittens.

I am relatively new to your channel and have been watching multiple ones a day because I enjoy them so much. I really enjoy the singing. We also sing accapella in our congregation so I always enjoy finding others that do the same. Just using the instrument (our voice) that God created is always so much prettier.
