Once again, one of the most amazing days in my life has just happened.
After weeks of preparing. Sweat, tears, anger and regret.
I've been able to, once again, hold a local therian meet!
This time our therian meet was hold in The Netherlands, to give a few NL therians the chance to also join in!
The meet was hold in a nature park called 'Mastbos' which can be found just between Breda and the Belgian border.
The meet was hold on saturday 9 june from 11am to 5pm.
We had a good 11 attendees this time!
Despite that it was really hot and that some of us were really tired, we had a lot of fun by running around, barking and howling like crazy and lots, lots, loooots of hugs!
Yet again this time, we truely could feel the love and friendship within the group.
This is exactly why I love doing this. Why the hours of preparing in stress and tears and the long car drives (as we carpool for a lot of members who otherswise aren't able to attend) are worth All of it.
Just to see them, my friends, smile so bright. To see that they can have fun.
That's why I love doing this job.

Oh and yeh! We met some random kids who were having some sort of camp (we think) in the same woods as we visited and we had a long conversation with them which I tried to secretly film (so sorry for the weird filming).
Some stared at us as if we're crazy..but well I guess u'll always have that with 'human society'.
But others were really fun! They howled along and truely wanted to 'play along' and said 'I also wanna be a therian!' hha. It was pretty cute.
However sometimes the kids came a bit close, and some attendees of the meet did not like this so we decided to move on.
It was an extraordinary experience!

The MV of this meet is not yet created, but will between now and 3 weeks depending on my finals.

I'm honestly so jealous. I really wish I could go there, but I'd probably be an outcast (since you guys look 16-19 and I'm a little 13 y/o). 12/25/23 : Oh gosh , I get notifications from this comment a lot lately- I'm not 13 anymore, lol!! Don't worry! Our youngest attendee was about 15. And our group does have some 12-15 year old members too (tho they're not so active in the chat etc). You eitherway won't be an outcast at all. Those who're 26 feel like the same age as me, and those of 15 do so too. Age doesn't matter at all. Just as a group of dogs. Older dogs will play just as much, if not even more, with younger dogs as with dogs of their own age :') It's all about fun! Are you from the Netherlands or Belgium?

If you tell me which country, then I could help you search. If you're from the UK (looking at your name) then I can inform you that there are easily 10 or 20+ therians in your country! Of which also the tadita pack (a big UK pack) etc. Just keep looking! Take a look on Therian Amino! :) Or google. Always keep 1 rule in mind: there are Always more therians out there than you think there are. So never give up!

They all seem to live in wales and the rest are like ages 4 to 12 who live nearer me and I am 27 so I'm not sure I should be chatting or meeting up with them XD I live near manchester, not in the city, outside somewhere, not telling me town, sorry. Hooded Mango it completely depends on if you like long tails, short, thick of thin, rough or soft fur, colour,... :3 Golden island fox is kind of yellow with grey and hinces of white and brow. They're usually at the longer side and fur feels rougher than woth most tails :3 There is one tip I can eitherway give u: don't buy cheap silver fox tails on wish or aliexpress (unsure if amazon does this too). Those are known to be almost Always dyed kind of greyish blue to make them darlek as unhealthy foxes don't have the same beautiful dark colour. Unheathy silver foxes are rather grey than black. Dying this fur blue makes it appear more like black. But the white tip then, is also dyed blue. So anything ur looking for?

Perhaps you might want to look into teen werewolves then :) Teen werewolves is a lifestyle. Just as emo, gothic etc are. It's pretty much therianthropy. The fashion of wearing tails/collars/fangs, forming packs, howling at the moon etc etc, but then without actualy identifying as an animal (actually feeling as if you are an animal).

Like we said, not all wolf therians are fakers. It just happens that most to all 'fakers' are wolf therians. So that doesn't mean that you're a faker, or unworthy. As you say, u identify as a wolf. By that ur a therian! :D We were rather talking about those who just pretend to fit in without having any sort of animal idenity hha.

That's a far travel for a small 6 hours of fun however (and possibly being able to stay over with a member is always an option, they have done that before with attendees who traveled far). It's a LOT of fun. but flying over all the way to here will be very expensive. Ur eitherway welcome however.

Don't worry about being therian or not, I eitherway really appreciate the comment :') I can tell you, that we're kind people and that non-therians who see us, only seem to enjoy our presence and enjoy having a talk, picture or others alike. Haha, we once met a super kind women on who was selling loempia (which is food) and she was so sweet she gave us extra loempias and asked for pictures and we had a long, nice talk with her. I do love these pack meet videos. It makes me able to live through you. There doesn't seem to be any therians around where I live so I'd love to meet some online at least! I went to my first and only pack meet with only 3 other therians because it was a large international pack with many members but only 3 therians from where I live could make it. I am now starting my own pack.

I plan to doing 360 or 'all around' videos one day :') So you could swipe around in the youtube video to see around you, as if you're walking along! But those cameras are pretty expensive so far.. So currently just an idea for the future hha. If you wanna meet therians online then I highly recommand Therian Amino :) They also have a therian locatioin blog pinned in their featured page. So you could check that out too. And many countries have specific chats, such as 'dutch therians' or 'US therians' etc etc. If you want to be in a bit more.. educational place. Not about chatting and socializing, but rather to learn and discuss (also a lot of 30+ therians) then I recommend the therian guide forums. (if you join those, fill me.. 'PinkDolphin' in the box of the member who refered you, I'll get bonus points then). Goodluck!

I do need to do more research into it don't I. I am always so busy. To this day I've mainly met therians via youtube. I never even thought to search on other places. I did just get kik and found therian groups in there. But I t hink they are all in the US. I'll try to make one some day! And I'm saving up for such a camera :) Sadly enough very expensive however. You have to download the general Amino app to be able to join other aminos besides the furry amino one, however I think you can also access furry amino through the general amino app. Yes you can use the same account, just log yourself in into amino with the same log-in details as u used for the furry amino app (if u had a seperated app), that's either your phone number or facebook depending on what you chose at the start. Then just search up 'therian amino' and join the amino. You'll automaticly have the same account as u use on furry amino, however u can change your name, describtion, profile pic etc. This will change how your account looks on therian amino. However your furry amino account will stay the same! So don't worry. If u were already accessing furry amino through therian amino, you'll atomatcily be logged into the app already, just go to the front page then and join the therian amino one. Start of on google, perhaps try out a forum and especially join therian amino, you'll meet a ton of new people and get many friends :) Perhaps even locals! So far I did a very quick search, it seems like quiet a lot live in the UK actually: aminoapps.com/c/officialtherian/page/item/therian-otherkin-locations-europe/vdK6_abqcWIB6vY2x854Pq7wzv7YdxYlw0 Check the link! I also know someone I'm friends with called Perigrine on therian amino, she's also from UK and 'tadita pack' also, is, you might want to google for it. There are a lot in the UK, and quiet some in Europe, and most in US indeed. But for chatting, therian amino is still the best and most internation. Telegram is also an option, but I don't know if it has any therian communities. Discord is said to be very active, but I don't use it so I don't know. I highly recommend therian amino.

Ok thanks, I was wondering about that so I looked it up and it made me download the amiino app. However, sadly I do not have any room for the amino app on my phone. Do you think it is ok if I delete the furry amino one I have and replace it with general amino and be able to find that furry one? I bet there are loads. I did find many therian ones so i may join em all and see which one i prefer. I have so many websites i have joined to keep up with. I have deviant art, youtube, facebook, FurAffinity, UKfur, Artwanted, skype, patreon, ko-fi, 2 websites, several facebook pages and groups inc my pack page and all the art groups I joined plus my own art page! and I'm trying to keep up with them all! It can be quite overwhelming. But I suppose I can fit in all the aminos. I have discord but don't really use it coz I'm unsure how. I wanna stream my digital art painting sessions on there.. How I became a Therian: I once saw a small group of Therians at a park field, all of them were wearing Dino masks. We were the same age. I didn’t see them as weird. I actually saw them as pretty cool. After I went home, I saw a cat on the fence. I felt connected to it, and I had an urge to act like a cat with it. And from there, I did research. Now I’m here.

ATTENTION: When/if you are tryna find your theriotype/kintype, DON'T: rely on dreams, rely on meditation, focus on your favorite animal/mythical creature, not do research DO: rely on phantom limbs/sensory shifts even if it is small like claws, fur, sent, hearing etc., shift and compare what you act like during your shift to an animal or mythical creature, have a therian/otherkin journal to record any types of shifts or or urges to shifts or anything like that, listen to any random visions in your head of being an animal because it might be a memory of your past life. hope this helps! (also you can listen to your dreams if they are you actually being an animal and not an animal protecting or you having a dream of an animal that is a different being than you etc. also reply to this comment if you have any questions :D) - Lanit

Well we ain't really a pack :') We're more of a group. a meet of individual people. Brought together through a community I created that's based on facebook (see it like this: a lot of members who're all based on therian amino who organise a meet and come together.) so not really a pack. However some of those really do feel like a pack to me, like a family! Just not official hha.

I highly recommend joining therian amino. there is a map pinned in the featured feat for all US and UK therians. You can create a "any therians in Florida" poll and ask around in groupschats and amino itself. It's one of the best places to find local therians! If you find a couple, perhaps you can create a meet like this! :) I also recommend hours of googling and never give up! There are Always more therians than you think. I thought I was alone.. 2 months later I thought there were only 3. Me included. 6 months searching later I already found 20+ local therians! By now I found 38+ local therians! ( a few more which I didn't really talk to)

I really like animals and I feel a connection to animals but I don't think I'm a therian. I where a tail and sometimes a feel like a wolf but I was wondering if there is a name for someone like me.

Spencer Kun Spencer Kun One is only a therian if they identify as an animal, aka feel as if they are. Having a connection, tail or so do not make a therian so indeed, it sounds as if you might not be a therian. Those "sometimes I feel as if I'm a wolf" are those temporarily moments where you temporarily identify as a non-human animal for just a short while instead of all the time or? Experiencing the mindset of an animal, phantom sensations like phantom claws or ears etc? I'll go over the possibilities: Having a connection with animals is called "Being Kith" (I made a whole video about this), being kith is being connected. Being able to see an animal in you or you in the animal. See them as family or dear friends, feel bound to them etc etc. However, without feeling as if you Actually Are thel. Wearing a tail could lead towards teen wolfs, a lifestyle (not identity!) like emo, gothic of punk where people dress up wolf-like (therian gear originated from teen werewolfs). Those form packs, do animal related stuff, especially dress up and so on. But they don't actually identify as an animal. They can also feel a connection tho. But that doesn't make you a teen werewolf. It's just seen to happen often. Having temporarily, short moments of "I feel as if I'm a wolf" without actually identifying as a wolf in the big picture is called "cameo shifts". One can have cameoshifts. Cameo shifts are shifts (from animal human) of animals one doesn't identify as. By example I experience cat mental shifts every now and then. However I do not actually feel as if I'm a cat (identify as a cat) so those cat shifts are cameo shifts. Usually cameo shifts are shorter or less intense than "real" therian shifts. They occur less, and sometimes happen and never come back. Cameo shifts are almost always triggered from outside happenings. Those can be heavy emotions, music, surroundings, noice etc. They usually don't come naturally out of nowhere. It is seen that many Kith ("identifying With an animal" aka having a deep connection) are seen to also have cameo shifts of the animal. I'm by example cat kith, and I do get cat cameo shifts whobare triggered by my connecion to/with cats. Wearing a tail is also just as tyle like wearing black socks or a necklace. So this can be done for fun or fashion on top of anything. Or besides anything :3 I also wanted t quickly point out the Furry Fandom. Furries are humans who like anthropormorphic art. Anthro art are animals with human traits such as walking on hind legs, talking and having eyebrows (simba, mickey mouse etc). They often have own characters, like art, music, dressing up (fursuiting) or anything else to express their interests in anthro animals. Many furries heavily enjoy fursuiting (yes just wearing a tail also qualifies) and often also have connections to animals or a deep love for them (furry events often collect thousands if not millions of money for wildlife funds etc) But they don't identify as an animal in any way possible. I would say: most likely you're Kith who experiences cameo shifts. And you just enjoy the style (originally from teen wolfs) which includes wearing tails. I hope this was somehow helpfull. It’s a spiritual thing, Therians Believe they were a non-human animal in the past life. The reason Therian‘s tend to act “animalistic” is because A. It’s a good way to get in touch with that past life. B. For some it’s hard to go all day without being able to do this, and it’s nice to just go somewhere and fully let it out. C. It’s fun and it’s a stress reliever.

What you see here, actually isn't a pack hha! I've build up a local community (38+ therians so far). All united into 1 facebook group. We're all seperated therians. Some of the people in this video did never see or speak any other in this video before. We're all seperated therians. Some are strangers, some are friends, some are like true family. We get together on a meet, but afterwards (besides the chatgroup) split our ways again. Some come back every meet, others I've never seen again. Some are in their own packs etc :) but we aren't a pack. Just a community haha. I recommend checking out amino for finding local therians or an online pack

Hi there! I think u got a very incorrect image of therians. First, not all therians even wear tails or furs. Some happen to do, some don't. Second, I have to say that most therians are very responsible and try to Only buy roadkill tails. Or hunt (which isn't always good either, I know) instead of furfarms. If we do buy from furfarms. We make sure to do our research to this furfarm, I even try to contact people to work there to get a honest answer of how cruel or non-cruel the furfarm works. In no way would I want to put an animal in such cruel situations as often seen. Most of my own tails are from a local convention, from one and the same shop. I talked to the owner of the shop etc. And made sure to know her methods of gaining the tails before I bought them. To make sure I am not supporting people who beat the animals or drown them or anything else cruel alike. I agree with you, still way too many will buy an animal pelt without thinking. But not all do. You generalize what might even be a minority of the whole. Most furs and tails are humanely sourced, as many roadkill and found as possible. Spitting hatefull words at us, blaming us for destroying the animals. Is not correct. Besides buying tails, therians also are known to donate to wildlife funds, work in (kill free) shilters trying to rehome animals. Feed and neuter streetcats, safe street dogs. We fight for forests not to be burned to build another skyscraper. Therians do their best, probably even more than 50% of standard humanity. Do not bame what you do not know of.

Normal is one of the most subjective words in existance. Because what's normal? What's normal is only that what is perceived as 'normal' by that specific person. This makes that every 'normal' for every individual person is something completely different and has a completely different meaning. Same counts for 'weird'. To me, in my enviroment in general, the thing you see in this video is completely normal. Boys with long hair, is normal. Piercings and tattoos, is normal, transgenders are normal, gay is normal, drugs is normal, drinking is normal, weird clothing styles or coloured hair is normal. In my enivorment it's normal if the teenagers at school make a small bomb, it's normal if they bully away a teacher and so on. For me it's weird if someone is strict and in uniform, if someone is overly polite or has his tongue split or eyes coloured, or is a man who likes to dress up as a women. As I'm not used to seeing this :') Doesn't mean it's bad however. But this might be completely different for you. So we come to the conclusion that 'normal' is such a subjective term it has no set explaination or definition, is different for everyone and in my eyes, pretty much doesn't exist. 'Standard' is something different tho. Ofcourse.

Yeh! 2 years ago I thought I was alone! Since 1 year however I started actively looking for other therians. After 6 months I found about 15 therians! By now.. 2 years later.. (or 6 months after the first 15) I could build up a local therian community of 38 therians by the day of today! 38 therians living closer by than 4 hours driving, the most even max. 1 to 2 hours :D Or even closer! "But that's because you're popular PD and they see your vids and realise they're therian". Nope, Honestly even only about 5 of those 38 knew I had a therian channel before joining the community. All others I had to manually, personally find myself by chatting, online google searching, meeting IRL and so on and so on. They didn't even know PD or me as a youtuber! :D There really just are more therians out there! But if everyone thinks they're alone.. well then ofcourse everyone stays that way. Be the first! Get out there! Google search your country, city, regio,.. look for forums, online public maps, therian amino (which also has maps for USA and Canada I think), make 'Anyone in ___' polls for amino, if u meet someone go meet them face to face to build up trust, etc etc. And littel secret.. If you find 1 therians.. you usually find 5 because they already had some friends haha. And often the only way to find your first local therian in the first place is through non-therian friends so don't be shy and ask around to non-therians if they know any therians! :D GOODLUCK!

Sake of safety when you meet new people as well might you feel less nervous. Also just: don't stress. They're all animals. So don't stress over it :3 it'll be alright. Hi there! Are you a member of our Belgian and NL therians Facebook group yet? facebook.com/groups/2013491548884150/ It's a local community. Not a pack ;) It's just a community, a group for local people to unite, come together and be up-to-date around meets etc. With a big active groupschat, a map to find local therians easy and helping eachother actively to find therians living closeby (as simply not everyone is on the map for privacy reasons). It's not obligated to stay at all. And you're not obligated to post anything besides an introducion (new joined members will be tagged by me in a post that explains everything).. well basicly the intro isn't obligated either, but it is very handy, is used to unite locals, and it is needed to join the groupschat by example. Our community is so far 38 members big. All living in NL or BE. Besides that I know a good 10 therians outside the community as well, who couldn't or didn't want to join. If you join the group (don't worry, it's not a public group so no one can see that you're part of the group or such), then you could be up to date at all times. You just missed a meet in Zeist, NL. The next meet will most likely be around limburg and be around mid or end august. However we're still planning this meet. Want the chance to help plan the meet? Suggest locations and help pick a date as many as possible can attend? Then joining the group is also a big pro.

I don't think we'll have a meet really closeby to that place anywhere soon purely as most of the therians attending the meet still come out of Belgium and there aren't many NL therians around that place. We'll try organising more therian meets in NL tho around the border or a bit deeper in NL. But we'll see what we can do! Eitherway we're planning to do two meets this summer. one in NL a bit deeper (but probs not as deep as hilversum) and one in BE so maybe you can come to either of them! I hope so! :)

Haha I love to hear that xD Eitherway, if u don't have transport. we do a Lot of carpooling. Some even will drive 30min to u, then to drive 30min back just to be able to get someone to a meet as we really wanna make sure as many therians as possible can attend the meet and have fun. So just be sure to get in contact with all of us well and check if anyone lives closeby or is willing to drive a bit (or like, u can get somewhere on their way, they then pick u up and u trave further together) as we really do our best to carpool as much as possible hha. Would love to have u there!
