When you are back fit could we see what your training schedule is like throughout the week? I think a lot of people would be interested in how much work is done through the week for a high end sports athlete. I would like you to recap how much time you spent training with the team (or in the gym)and what you did during that time, not tactics or anything but just a general description of drill, for example a possession drill for 30 mins then moved on too shooting for 30 mins. How rest days are distributed if any. Pretty much anything that would be part of the week. I know that is asking a lot and dont really expect you to do it but I just thought it would be interesting to see. I hope your knee gets back to normal soon because we miss you in defence and also it is not nice to see someone injured.

Hey, I'am really glad to see your vlog's Hector, because I have the same thing with my knee, and as I see your mood swings I calmed down because the same thing happen to me and sometimes nobody can help me, nobody knows what I'am feelin' they say "just look ahead don't worry, it will be okay" and when you just realise yea you have to do that type of thinking, something just unsure you for example a pain, a wrong step and you just . Today reveals I will have a surgery or not and I just would like to play football just like 2-3 months ago. I really like to play football, this is my life so I hope the best.
