yes! the airport offered free transit tours for those who had longer layovers, but not sure if they still offer after pandemic

I dont think I had to ! I just went to one of the kiosks in the airport that said free transit tours and signed up !

As of May 2023, no need for visa for PH passport as long as you are on your layover to a list of third countries they approved ( US, Canada, etc)
