^^ She is teaching tips on how to buy good avocados! She says you can buy those really green ones and save in the fridge to let them turn softer. Also you can buy those that feel a little bit soft or have a dark-green colour. But don't buy the really hard ones or the ones you feel soft on some parts. They might have already gone bad.

重点就是蛋白打到硬性发泡不容易消泡，如果是打到湿性发泡，就容易消泡，消泡了就肯定失败，泡打粉只是辅助作用，并不是主要作用也不是关键
