It's a good job Gemma has taken over the brewing mate, you have way too much other stuff to be doing. Have you given up on the fridge unit conversion for the cool rooms or is that still a possibility?

I just ordered a vacuum pump and gauges spurred on by the crap out of the chiller. It might become a winter project.

Smooth exchange... How long do your relays typically last? I ask because my keezer is apparently famished for fresh inkbird controllers...they have tiny little relays in them and I think they get stuck...because they aren't really up to switching the load from the compressor...and I would like to add a more robust relay on a "pluggable" socket, so you can just unplug a bad one...no soldering.
