Hey I too had similar issue sleeping. Try avoiding screens by 9pm if possible. Have chamomile tea by 9:30 and try to get in bed by 10. Even if you can't sleep don't wake up. If you prefer use lavender essential oil in diffuser before sleeping. It calms you down.

@@BoBaluv1902you can also try the Vicks sleeping gummies. I bought it out of curiosity and it works! It’s decently priced and also tastes good. If you want you can try them. If you buy it try to consume it 30-45 mins before you sleep. Hope it helps:)

If ur having trouble sleeping it's mostly cause of fear and trying to control the future ..let go surrender to God. anxiety can be reduced by writing all ur thoughts on paper before going to sleep and take some break from social media if possible and listen to subliminal music for peaceful sleep.
