Hi diya, when u were baking i saw that you used the machine too much... Wet ingredients you can whisk as much with the machine but as soon as u mix the dry ingredients to it..just cut and fold with spatula...this will make the cake airy and spongy.. may be try it next time

In short my second maternity leave was hectic and i has several mental breakdowns this time.. thankfully my nanny is back now.. Kudos to you for balancing motherhood and work

I totally relate to this. I haven’t been lucky with nannies. Life is so hard at times and mental breakdown has become a part of it now. With Zayn not sleeping through the night yet, it’s really hard. I just wish this is a phase and good days are on the way. 🤞

Hi. Ya that’s one issue with the straight handle, you need to rest it on something or else it’s tilted. But the pan part is nice , deep and heavy. The fiddle fig I got recently. But I am not sure about it’s maintenance. Anyone who knows how to take care of fiddle fig please let me know. ❤
