Taiwanese here, alumni of NTU ChemE (class of 2017). Came across your video, really interesting to see NTU again after graduation. I feel like NTU has changed a lot for the past few years, there are some new buildings, and new departments. Hope you enjoy your college life there ~

Jun, hi, I have looked everywhere for information about the NTU freshmen experience, basically I need to know besides choosing classes. What things do Freshmen need to do, like how do you get your student card, how to apply bicycle parking, etc.....Basically all the boring stuff they tell you need to do during your first days in NTU. I have looked for videos on that but all I find is Why Study in NTU videos. Please let me know if you can help me out.

Hi! I'm an incoming freshmen in NTU (department of biochemistry and technology), and I was wondering how difficult it is to adapt to the classes that are taught in Chinese when your first language isn't Chinese?
@jun.e_11192 жыл бұрын
Hi! I'm glad to hear that you are coming to NTU soon :) I tried to catch up by myself since most lectures in life science dept. used English textbook and presentation slides. Also, there are some professors who can speak English fluently so I just asked them when I didn't understand or maybe friends!

@jun.e_11192 жыл бұрын
Absolutely not haha my Chinese level was cloe to zero and still a beginner but it is true that it can improve by meeting Taiwanese students so don't worry too much cuz I am surviving too!

Please tell how to make a study plan for admission to Taiwan universities? Applying for master's in computer science. really confused. Pls. help... thanks
@jun.e_11193 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure for master program but for my case, I wrote what do I want to do in the future after studying at NTU. Since it is a study "plan", try to think about your plans after learning computer science from university you want to apply 😀

Are these the normal dormitories for international students?
@jun.e_11192 жыл бұрын
Nope. It is all random. There is no specific dormitory for international students 😀
