We do wear masks to enter the gym and when moving around the gym. We also get our temperature checked upon entering. However, it’s not a requirement when physically working out because you keep 6 feet from those around you.

Hi Melissa, love these videos. Just an advice, try and rewatch the part of the video where you do the hip thrust, I don't know if it was because of the speed of the video, but you could injure yourself if done incorrectly and not actually work the glute area (which this exercise is meant to)

your comment is nothing short of hilarious. Fabric masks do not protect you from anything unless you consider inhaling lint "safe". Medical personnel wear surgical masks for bacteria protection and against being splashed with bodily fluids, not against virus protection. they also change them numerous times per day because those become wet with saliva and our own bacteria. For virus protection there is certain type of PPE thats worn in medical setting which regular population doesn't ever wear. Fabric is full of tiny holes that can't be seen with naked eye and viruses are even smaller than those holes so they go through it like its swiss cheese. Wearing masks made out of fabric for any virus protection is not based on any science. Its a gimmick created by politicians. And if you are so concerned about viruses, I suggest staying home and never leaving the house.

So some gyms require it but, when you sweat in the masks, regardless of which, the mask is compromised because it is wet and no longer doing what’s intended. So you are honestly just wearing wet paper on your face.
