Sir RRB PO me home state posting or home state transfer hi hoti hai ya PAN india transfer ?

Each Rrb are situated in a particular area for example in UP there are 3 RRB and each has defined area. So transfers & posting are in that particular state.

Sir, may bhi banking ki prep ley ra hu...bohut lok videos banate ha ki itna itna work load hai ki 8 ,9pm baj jate hai orr bohut log iss karan sey po ki job chor dey rahe hote ha..kya ye baat sach haa?? or recommend katrte haa ki clerk ka job lo 5 ,6 bje office khtm ho jayegi.. kya ye bhi sahi ha??... App ek banker ho toh app hi bata sakte ho, agr kisi oor way mey apsey contact kar skte toh acha lgta ...thank you for making this vlogs by this we can get better insight of this post ❤

Yes it is true for nationalised banks work pressure is a lot for all managers. In RRB or Nationalised banks situated in Rural area are on lesser side of work pressure. Clerical staff in both Nationalised banks & RRB may leave the bank at 5 pm as there work are over till then.

This was simple answers for your question. But I will elaborate according to my thinking - Yes work pressure is high as a PO but you cannot remain clerk for your whole life. One day you will be promoted to PO and till that day you will loose so much opportunity to grow in your career & also will be paid quite less as compared to po. As a PO you will get a good salary, good allowance and lots to explore.
