Hey Sarah.. try adding rose petals when making the oil to reduce that off-putting smell.. might help.. i am from india and we all use home made oil only.. we always add rose petals in that.. And btw.. the video was really amazing.. 💕
@bhaminiranpara4 жыл бұрын
@@madisonruiz7854 hey dear.. its not hair mask but hair oil.. I'm writting the whole process if u would like to follow that. But i just know the process and not the quantity of products as it is always my mom and grandma who makes this at home.. We mix 3 oils - coconut oil, castor oil and sesame oil In this, add amla powder, Fenugreek powder (we dont use Fenugreek powder but i am mentioning this coz this is time when u can add any powders of ur choice), rose petals and "Jharan" (its a local essential oil for hair growth, u might not find it anywhere else but u can add any essential oil of ur choice) and some organic color. Then put it as it is for at least 3-4 hours. After that heat up this whole mixture for about 10 mins. Then let it cool down and then filter the oil.. the powder that remains is too sticky to be used for anything else due to use of castor oil.. and we normally throw it away as we make the oil for few months together so we cant use the same thing twice. This oil is amazing.. we have been using this for as long as i can remember.. Hope that it helped.. 💕☺️ PS: everyone in my family has amazing hair.. my mom's hair are longer and thicker than Sarah's.. also, all of us have good hair growth. Maybe this oil is not the ONLY reason but it is definitely one of the main reasons for this amazing hair growth..

If you want your curls to stay longer, you should use smaller sections as well as a light-medium strength hold spray/cream/gel (aloe vera or fenugreek gel might work very well with your hair). Water will activate the curling process, but it won’t necessarily maintain your curl throughout the day. You need some styling products for that 💕

You curls came out perfect! Frizzy is so in style right now. If you ever have a hard time with heavy hair. You can do what I do...I split my pony tails in half. Kinda like a half up half down hair style except the down part gets pulled back like a second pony tail. Your hair hides the second pony tail holder, and your hair will feel less heavy in pony tails. I will try that hair oil and maybe enhance it with some rosemary and lavender essential oils for a nicer smell, no?

Awesome video 😊 and I love your hair! Hair goals 😍 Btw a word of caution for people who suffer from headaches. The fenugreek seeds even in oil form causes headaches to people who are frequently prone to them. Personally experienced 😅. An option would be to not let it sit on your hair/scalp any longer than 10 min and to not apply it too often. I personally get headaches even if I let it sit for 10 min. 😅

I usually seperate hair in 5-6 sections and twist them until they turn into little bun. To secure them I use couple of plastic coils, anything else is tangling them and split ends appear in literally hours 🙈🙈 Either keep them for a few hours or overnight but them buns might be not very comfy while sleeping 🙄 Have you ever used combo of 50/50 coconut oil and honey? It leaves hair really silky 😍 Important part is to mix them while oil is pliable. If its liquid, it will not mix with honey.

One question and one advice: I have very thick hair, long more or less half yours...but if I put any oil or oil based product in them or on my scalp, they will start to fall like crazy as if I was suffocating them: any tips? T he little advice: I follow a victorian era rule that helps me with how my hair look in the morning (it's not easy to brush them), helps not to break them and leaves them always wavy...just put them in two (or more) traditional, not too tight tresses (french braids) while still a little bit damp after you wash them and repeat evey night when you go to bed, it works wonders for me and it's easier to style them :)
