So sorry to hear your Dad is sick. Chemo is very hard. Prayers for your family. I said when you moved into the townhouse that a sectional would work best in your living room. It looks stunning. The entire room is transformed with the new furniture and rug. Julia your extensions look so natural. I love your hair flipped to the side. Hunter is the perfect husband and dad. Always helping and easy going. You are blessed. Enjoy everything you have worked for. You deserve it. God bless. Keep the faith.❤🙏❤

Awe im sorry that Julia's dad is going through this especially the second time 😢. One of my favorite vlogs is the Christmas in Hawaii and the Costco trip with julia and her dad throwing in 😂junk food 😂. Julia and her dad were the rebels. Please remember to not put so much pressure on the renovation expenses for a flip and put your dream materials in your farm house. Sending your dad comfort and take in the memories with your dad and take lots of paw paw pictures of him and Smoke.

I cut out coffee for 30 days every year around lent, I just usually do it around that time.. before Easter. I had a terrible headache for a couple days but then I got over it. April 1st I was able to have coffee again so I made some coffee, took a wiff and was like I don’t even want it anymore 😂 since then I’ve probably had 3-4 cups of coffee… only once in a while but my sleep has been so much better without it. I’ll only drink a little sometimes before my workout class
@kaaalohei8 ай бұрын
I see food as everything in moderation. I’ve tried doing the whole 30, vegan (last 2 years), no sugar etc and it was too hard to sustain for the years to come. I hated feeling restricted at dinners, birthday parties, bbq etc. It was giving ED in a way which I hated. I know everyone is different though.

Genuine question I would love for you to ask your nutritionist. When we eat, our blood sugar spikes no matter what the meal is aka it can be the healthiest cleanest meal and our blood sugar is still going to spike, that’s why they say to eliminate snacking between meals so your blood sugar has time to regulate before the next meal. I’ve always been told if you’re going to consume a small “treat” do it as close to your meal as possible so that you’re not spiking your blood sugar again. My thought is you could still have the ninja creamy after dinner as long as it was directly after your dinner and not too late in the night as we shouldn’t be eating dinner super late anyway. I am not a nutritionist, I just have spent a long time educating myself as I’m on a health journey too and I wanted to know what your nutritionalist would think of this theory.

In my opinion, the remodel can open so many doors for them with a platform like this. I have a feeling decorating and remodels are their passion, so I'm sure they know what they are doing
@itsashleygisell8 ай бұрын
Because they can.. this is still their home, their cabin. It’s still possible for them to live there they said. They plan as much as they can but they are still flexible with decisions when the time arises. If you ever have a home that you’re able to flip and want to leave the space open to possibly move in there for some time you’d understand. This is an investment, a project, they are doing something they love. Real estate is clearly a passion for them. The ones who get it, get it.

Juj try Dandy Blend! When I cut caffeine last year I drank it as a substitute and really enjoyed it. I would mix it with an egg yolk (I know that sounds weird but it gives creamy consistency and the added protein bonus) and then frothed milk on top and it was a nice healthy coffee alternative when I was craving a cup.

Had to give up caffeine too it’s so hard! You’re right it’s so fun to go get a coffee etc and you feel left out in a weird way. Ask your nutritionist about Dandy Blend herbal coffee alternative it actually tastes like coffee and it’s only four ingredients. I’m not sure if it’s super healthy but as a little treat it helps.
