I love this journey you both are on and crushing! I was vegan, started eating eggs and fish and then went fully back to carnivore, dairy, no processed foods last year and will never be the same again. The changes are INCREDIBLE! There’s another loop hole for the raw milk, most local markets sell it and just advertise it as “not for human consumption” but it’s the same raw milk :) my sister was living in nashville and found that out just FYI! Or buy the cow I fully support that haha. You guys are setting such a great example for Smokey!

That table is AMAZINGLY stunning! I could not agree more with Julia! I know this may sound silly but my husband is a woodturner/wood sculpture artist and I swear we can feel the energy of the wood he collects. Whether it is new green wood, kiln dried, or reclaimed, its like the wood retains its life force energy. We have even had to smudge some wood pieces that felt like they were carrying some chaotic energy before he put them on the lathe. It is genuinely pretty amazing.

Careful using metal utensils on the caraway pans. They scratch easily with metal. Use silicone or wood with them to preserve them longer. I have them in black with gold hardware

We get raw milk from a herd share and LOVE IT. I make Ice cream (sweetened with honey) and we make homemade ricotta cheese. We love branch basics, but for laundry, look into rustic strength. Don't let anyone get you down on your health journey beautiful! You're right, perfection is not the goal ❤ you just do what you can, when you can and all of it feeds into a bigger picture of health.

I can relate TOO much! My boyfriend was diagnosed with two Autoimmune diseases in last few years so we have cut out so much from our diet. We eat 90-95% paloe and it has been game changing. But I can relate, the sugar was literally so hard. My iced coffee has never been the same.

All my Furniture in my house is custom made oak. It makes a home feel warm. Also, the bedroom furniture 1800 style the beds are very tall. One guest Bedroom is antique tiger oak sleigh bed with small dresser for night stand and a wardrobe with a mirror. All the pieces can be handed down generation to come.

We do raw milk from dairy farmer we love it 🤍🙌 we do the share and pick up weekly from farm. Almost a year now. We love it and our boys (2 and 4) love it 🤍
