Hey❤️ The struggle is real. It’s been 2 years since I last saw my boyfriend, and I’m going to visit him in July. I am so excited but I dread going at the same time. I am not prepared to leave. Leaving is the hardest for both parties. Last time I cried all the way to the airport , and on my flight. When I got home, I found it hard to readjust to my schedule, I felt like I didn’t have a routine, everything felt out of place and I felt empty. And when I return home, I live alone so I have a lot of time to be in my head. Cry if you must, it helps, and the truth is whether you have been long distance for 1 year or 10. Leaving is hard😢 Thankfully we will close the gap soon. Keep going girl! You were chosen for this! So you have the strength to do it. Love youuuu❤️

Hie cc, I am a lil bit late in watching this one and I have watched through the end to understand that you are much better now, yet I still want to say this. Being true to your feelings is not a weakness, it is actually a strength and a few people understand that. Some people are there to bully a person who is already at their lowest and that is not about the one bullied, it is because they want you to feel what they are feeling which is their low self esteem and it is not cute at all. I get inspired by how transparent you are, it is one of many reasons why I am sticking through.

Wow you just spoke into my life with your words Marie, the share on when someone feels like giving up." Thank you for sharing the discomforting times, helped many others. It fulfils me inspite of it, that is how I know it is absolutely for me(my soul, heart feels so much peace too), that's how I today realize the going just got tough. But in my immediate past side occupation, I felt every morning, day & night that it was asphyxiating me, miserable. And it's harder when you have to encourage yourself. If it was a job you'd show up everyday but when it is something you are personally crafting, you second guess yourself a lot. That is what I learnt. So it okay to ask for help, to stay with the momentum. That is why I have come to be resolve that it is good to have a manager over you, if the feeling popped up so often. To keep you focused on what matters, your goals & adjusting at the right times. Also joining a community of women helps, which I have, (they don't have to be doing the same thing just as long as they are pursuing a dream/ goal. Fyi, you are so good at editing. I have a keen eye for such & I have managed to watch your videos without faulting you, I just enjoy the content. You have a good eye for this(Keep doing you, rediscovering, & discovering new ways to share). I'm happy give you feedback if you need it

You might need to check xour Hb/iron levels it might be that than vit D. Make sure xou're drinking enough water too. Try and drink first thing when xou wake up. I really enjoy your vlogs. Hello beautiful!Though am not in your shoes i feel your pain&i know it is not easy.However,it is impressive that you are actually putting in some work to get yourself together again with all the research that you're doing.I commend you for that.What i totally agree with is the gym thing,working out is underrated and you might be surprised how much it will boost your energy levels together with the right nutrition offcourse:lots of protein,carbs as you mentioned and also please don't forget to eat your vegges no matter what.I would highly recommend to continue with the self-care to show yourself some love.Additionally,channel more of your free time to your hobbies or even better,make a list of new hobbies that you have always wanted to be good at and make sure to actually start and do it.There is so much self-fulfilment and feelings of self accomplishment that comes with it and gradually you will realize how much more excited,calm and blessed you will feel.Also remember to practise gratitude,count all your little blessings every day you wake up.Think about how abudantly God loves and has favored you..Our Lord Jesus Christ is taking you higher!Gratitude is a magnet for miracles🙏😇Sending you love💝💌
