I’ll take that bow…my birthday is coming up, same week as Valentines Day😂 I started protecting my peace a couple of years now and setting boundaries. You have to be intentional about it but you’ll see and feel the benefits in time. It’s not selfish, it’s selfcare. Good for you! Reciting morning and evening adkars, daily Quran recitation and duas throughout the day are all transformative.
