Your reviews are so refreshing! I feel like most of the camera and lens reviews on YT are very photography-heavy in a 2:1 ratio, even though, I reckon at least half of us viewers are looking for how the camera fares for the purpose of content (video) creation. A7CR really popped with that cinematic footage of the fountain. But ACII also captures beautiful video and is almost $1k USD cheaper. Thank you for helping me pick my next camera!

During this shoot I found myself using the A7C R more for video. I don't know whether that's because of the grip extension or I preferred the image quality. The R also has slightly better video specs. However, the A7C II will be better in low light scenarios because of the smalled sensor so it all depends what kind of videography you do. All will be explained in a review video that I have coming very soon so keep an eye out!

Sister i bought the A7c ii because of the good reviews but the results very bad, not like your results and other☹️ why? Can you maybe make a video to explain how to shot a vlogs with a7c ii and best sittings for vlogs?? No body make this video on youtube👍

Hi. What camera was used in the last part? And are there a difference in color between the two cameras?

Hi, I didn't notice any difference in colour or exposure between the two. The last clip was filmed on the A7C II and might look different because I may have filmed that on a different day due to weather conditions 🤭 All video between the two cameras was shot with S-Log 3 so colours will be very similar.

Ahh tough question. Initially I thought I would prefer the mark II because I'm primarily video based over stills. However, I found myself using the R more so when creating this video because of the image quality and the grip extension. Which makes a huge difference can I add! So, to summarise, I'd say the R on this occasion. Maybe if I used the cameras in low light this might be different? They're both very very good cameras, which makes it very difficult to answer this question 😅

Even with the crop sensor? Although the A6700 is a very good camera and if you need that extra reach then I understand why. For my personal use, the full-frame sensor, image quality and low light capabilties is why I would prefer these over the A6700. 🤷‍♀️
