Invisalign survivor here. lol I know the struggle is so real. Best advice: enjoy the journey. I promise it will sooooo worth it!!! Don't worry about exactly when you will be finished with the treatment because a lot of the time, refinements are needed and also very very worth it. My teeth were not that bad, but I took the chance back in 2017 and I was finally finished around 2019 and an extra round of 6 months in 2020. I wish I had not stressed over them so much. I seriously was stressed about wearing them the 22hrs a day. I only ended up stressing more. I would do it again. Also, I recommend the Lip Lingerie XXL Matt Liquid Lipstick by NYX. I love it! it stays on w out smears. I wear my retainers with it as well and I get no smears on them . I wish I had this back then. I also recommend the Aligner Cleaner + Whitening Foam by EverSmile. Saves time on having to brush your teeth and your aligners in between meals, snacks, coffee breaks, ect. Something less to worry about if you are a go go go person myself. Not having my coffee as I would like was horrible. And lets not even get into the makeup and my beautiful lip glosses I had to give up. (I didn't really have to) I hope his "little piece of advice" eases the Invisalign journey. :) Great video.
