I take Garden of Life Probiotics and they’re very high quality. You can get yummy sauerkraut ( like beet or onion ) to add to salads as well. Look in the fermented foods section. Avoiding dairy is good for inflammation as well. I also read that dandelion tea is good for bloating and fluid retention. I made a big batch last week and mixed in a little pure tart cherry juice. 😘
