Hey Kim I need your honest opinion on this. What is your honest opinion on living in Florida specifically Orlando? My partner loves Florida and he thinks that’s where we should move after we get married but I need some real honest opinions about the area. He wants to move to Jacksonville but I’m thinking more like Orlando or north Florida such as Destin. I been wanting to ask for a while, do you see yourself living in Florida for a long time why or why not. I want to know about the crime rate, schools everything 😂 your area seems so chill and I love the Fort Lauderdale vibes as well. I’m so confused about which area.

Hey hunny !! So based on the fact that you have. Partner you’ll be good , you won’t be moving alone ! Orlando is good if you get out and do stuff , there’s lots to do and see. Things are a bit of a drive just depends on where you live . I have lived in Ft Lauderdale , it was more fun there cause I had my family and more of a community. Also the closeness to the beach’s was 20 mins which I loved. Hated the hostility of the people outside 😂 I prefer Orlando in terms of peacefulness depending on the part more suburban if you want to raise a family. Jacksonville for me would be a no just based on crime and stuff I see on the news. But that’s just me . I think I would enjoy here better if I had the more family and people to do stuff with . But all and all it’s a great place to raise a family . Never been to any it the other places you spoke on so I can’t fairly speak on it .

Everywhere has good and bad . You have to look based off the needs you and your partner have . Research areas , school zones etc . Where I live now school zones are A schools , calmness , little to no crime , area is safe for kids stuff like that .. Previously in ft Lauderdale it was the opposite 🥴 just wasn’t what I was going for 😅 as I said it just depends on what you want. Never heard bad things about Destin , so where you’re looking is on point . I’ve been in Florida again since 2020, I kept saying I’m a leave since I was in Ft. Lauderdale, but it’s somewhat grown on me . Idk what the future holds because I’m very sporadic . Hopefully this helps🫶🏽
