I've been reworking my live setup to utilize the Arturia Keystep controller/sequencer. I filmed one of my jam sessions the other night and thought I'd share some highlights. #HappyAccidents
I'm using the Keystep to play drums and synths in Reaper on my laptop. The audio is routed out of my NI Komplete Audio 6 on two separate stereo channels - synths on 1/2, drums on 3/4 - into my mixer, where I can selectively route each channel through the Kaoss Pad as an FX send. The final output is then monitored and recorded with my Focusrite Scarlett on my main PC.

Welcome to Phazerville! I'm your host, DJ Phazer! I'm a music producer from Michigan who makes weird noizes and overthinks everything! XD
I do a lot of beatboxing and drum & bass stuff, but I like to dabble in a bit of everything. I draw a lot of inspiration from classic 8-bit video game music. (Nintendo every day after school as a kid!)
