Hello Sis I sent you an email. I remember when I lived in Decatur many many years ago and it snowed it was like a ghost town, I was like were is everybody it's just snow. GA is not use to snow, so they don't have the equipment needed to clear it like we have up north where I'm from. Love U Sis ❤
