Hi med student here so take everything w a grain of salt…my first thought was that this could be plantar fasciitis… feel like it could be worthwhile to see ur doc!! That’s my first recommendation. They can recommend foot stretches for you or you could look up stretches online. Also orthotics in ur shoes and avoid walking barefoot as much as possible. And rest!! For sure try not to do any activity barefoot again. Could take a while to feel back to normal but I think getting ahead of it is a good idea and after delivering you should see improvement too!! Hope this helps mama❤

I feel the same about Whole Foods! I went there for the first time just a month ago and I was not impressed. I love my local grocery store more too! The only thing I liked that I bought from Whole Foods were the Cheddar Chicks crackers for $3.99 for an 8 pack! I’m not opposed to pregnancy / motherhood content at all especially because it’s obviously a huge part of your life, but as someone who personally doesn’t have kids and doesn’t plan to, I don’t love watching content that is ONLY about babies or being a mom. I’m not a fan at all of like ~mommy bloggers (especially when they overly post their kids all over socials) It makes me feel like I just can’t relate. That being said, this is your channel and you should post whatever feels right to you 🩷 I think as long as there’s a good balance of sharing about your journey to motherhood and also still just talking about things like you used to / doing cozy things around the house and just being yourself, that would be ideal 🫶🏼
