I had a traumatic Event, that turned into emetophobia, that turned into Depression and then i also got derealization. Its ruining my teenage years and I am scared it wont get better. Happy birthday! I'm happy to see another video from your channel. I love that you cook in most of your videos, its fun to watch, and makes me want to try making some of those dishes myself. One of my teachers shocked me last week by telling me that in our country most people only spend about 1 1/2 hours a day preparing food and eating...and I usually spend five or more hours XD. Cooking is so important to me, and learning to make a good and filling meal on a budget has let me enjoy foods that are uncommon in my area. I made a soup with roselle leaves for the first time this week because my friend from Myanmar gave me the leaves and the recipe. It was so good!
