A neuter fulls capacity is about 6 weeks post op. So give Louie time there. Food / drinks absolutely contribute to acne as she said. Dairy, almonds (I was drinking almond milk), and certain roast of coffee trigger me. Cold brew coffee in the store, called Stok however they brew break me out . Excess sugar and salt causes acne too. The older I get the more I find things that didnt bother me now do. Good luck
