Hello everyone! How’s your week? It’s been tough for me cuz I’ve been unproductive. And it’s not a good practice if I want to change my life for the better. However, it’s not a reason for me not to get rest, so as you. I truly believe in resting especially when you’re burnt out, you’ll only loose yourself if you continue to go beyond your limit. Again we’re only human, even if we’re made by the image of God, we are not Him, He’s limitless and we have a limit. So in conclusion, rest if needed, even if you’re lying on bed all day. But don’t be on your phone all day, instead sleep or do some exercise, drawing, or any habit that doesn’t need gadgets…oki? 😊 God bless us!
