She must have just taken a body shower and not wet the face . Also, I saw another KZbinr who did skincare and then took a hot shower without wetting the face but the steam she said helped the products seep in deeper.

I do that. Dnt wash face in shower as i use hot water for the body. Unless im washing hair then of course skincare comes off.
