Hope you feel better soon. A couple of soups stored in the freezer are great for times like this. 😊 I love salads. My spring favorites are spinach, lettuce combo with the usual carrots, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower. But then I add sliced strawberries, blueberries and a little cup of mandarin oranges in their own juice ( which becomes the dressing). Garnish with slivered almonds. Yum. 😂 if you need more dressing I recommend a light poppeyseed. 😊

I love the sentimental kitchen gadgets. As I built up my kitchen supplies in college and after, I can still recall, oh I bought this pot to try cooking an artichoke. Really random but there is something about slowly building up kitchen items and being proud of building a home. Also going to try that breathing tip you shared to lower stress. We just got that same utensil holder and I was so geeked about it. It saves so much space, especially if you have deeper drawers. The only thing I found was that my tablespoon size spoons in one brand were too long to fit in it without catching so I had to put those in our straw organizer haha, but other than that, it fits so much!

just a little brita tip for your new pitcher! when you close the spout, be a little forceful with it/snap it back into place. sometimes if you don’t do that it can leak (speaking from experience lol)

I LOVE salads - you can make so many things into a salad that tastes amazing and is healthy! Basically if you'd turn it into a bowl (chipotle, core life, etc vibes) you can make it a salad. Recent discovery- buffalo chicken salad!

i tried probably 5 different things before finally trying the aerie modal cotton one. every other thong was so uncomfortable on me but the aerie modal ones are SO FREAKING COMFY AND CUTE! also ditto on the water pitcher, i drink about 120 oz of water a day so i have to had a large capacity dispenser to keep up with my needs.

honestly I think about water filters all the time 😅 I'm lucky enough to have a fridge that has a replaceable water filter built in, but I'm always thinking about like "what if I have to move? what might the kitchen situation be like? HOW will I satisfy my need for 7 cups of tea a day?"
