A 44 year-old’s perspective on body image: there is no better time than now to love your body. She’s a warrior at every shape and weight you experience in life. I currently am the heaviest I’ve ever been and realized this year I’ve taken issue with my body my whole life, even in my 20s when I was thin and in peak physical health. I have found myself wishing I had appreciated my looks all of those times when I didn’t. Now I am working on loving how I look no matter what size I am. It’s tough right now but I don’t want to spend the rest of my life looking back and wishing I’d loved myself more 💕

Thanks for sharing about body image. I struggle with it often, especially since having kids, but I read something somewhere several years ago that really impacted me to not skip out on activities with your kids because you don't like how you look in a swimsuit or whatever. Your kids don't care what you look like and would much rather have that experience with you than miss out because you don't like how you look.

i can see your cutting board sliding when you cut the orange, you can secure it with a few pieces of wet paper towel or some of that rubber shelf liner stuff you can get at the dollar store and it'll help your cuts be more even and it'll be safer

Honestly that snowstorm wasn't what I expected. I really wanted a whiteout as our first snowfall. But we got, maybe 2cm of snow. The fog has been crazy though.
