Thank you for touching on teeth insecurities. I’m 23 and I don’t have dental insurance anymore. I’m still in college so having a job that offers dental insurance is difficult at the moment but I can’t wait to finally have dental insurance again once I graduate. My teeth are not doing well and it really does cloud my mind most days. it’s so nice that your mom came and helped you prepare for baby’s arrival and took care of mama and the baking as well! I just had a baby in Jan, and Looking back I really didn’t get any help from family when it came to taking care of the chores or laundry or meals , which kind of makes me sad. I think when my daughter gets older if she has a baby I will do something like what your mom did for you, for her.

Can I just say your mom is amazing! This is what I really wanted with mine but she was picturing more of a vacation and was disappointed with my hospitality. So we basically beefed for 6 weeks when I was postpartum and raw and exhausted. I love that your mom was in an Airbnb and just visited for a certain amount of time, and was so helpful for you specifically (with the herbals and baking things for you, etc)

I just found out I have anemia and a high platelet count because of it, so I started taking iron gummies. The gummies taste like chewing on a literal iron pipe, but the pills hurt my tummy too much. Blech. I heard SlowFe isn't as bad on the tummy but haven't tried it. So, if you still need an iron supplement, there are other options. Just be aware the gummies are effing gross. I just chase them with a vitamin C gummy.

yes! it’s insanely easy! just blend the coconut milk & blueberries (if you want them) & pour the chia seeds into a bowl then mix in the blueberry milk & put it in the fridge. enjoy it for days after!
