Cool video Jenny and Jay. Welcome back. I've only been to BGC once and I've been living here in the Philippines for 5 years. Good report. I didn't know some places there in BGC didn't have fiber optics for WiFi yet good thing that it's being installed. My PLDT wifi got cut off yesterday from 3:30 pm until midnight but the strange thing is I was still able to watch Netflix. Take care Jenny and Jay 👍😎🆒 cool basketball 🏀 court

Welcome back! I think Jenny is probably right about Family Mart. Word on the street is that the franchise was grossly mismanaged. It's a shame because some of their faux-Japanese meals are pretty tasty when you need a quick bite on the go.

If I remember correctly, you said that it was your brother who introduced you to Philippines. So, I think, maybe a casual conversation, or maybe an interview with your brother. Starting with, 'when did he first come to the country and why', and maybe ask if 'where or who did he first learn about Philippines from(just like when you heared things about this country from him) and maybe what they were. And then maybe what finally made him to buy the ticket to go to Philippines.

Yup, it was indeed my brother who first introduced me to the Philippines. Thanks for the suggestion and we've already reached out to him for a quick interview. haha, hopefully he can find some time to spare from his on-going renovation work to join us for a brief chat. Yup, we used a lawyer the first time around since we were new and kinda scared... For the second purchase, I relied on my agent for their expertise. Hope that helps!
